At the heart of a LOC is the LOC
Certified Manager™ (LCM). The LCM is the
lead advisor and customer advocate within the LOC Global
organization. The LCM supports and assists customer project teams
from analysis through implementation. The LCM also works with
customers to determine what specific services are required.
Lastly, the LCM is
responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Through weekly
internal reports, the LCM ensures LOC Global management is aware
of customer progress and related issues.
Different Packages Provide Different LOC
Certified Manager™ Assistance
LOC Global separates out the long
range planning functions from the logistical operations that
support customers on a day-to-day basis—while also making sure
that the former stays closely tuned in to the latter’s activities.
To ensure the
highest level of LOC Global service, the Platinum Package includes
a
LOC Certified Manager™ (LCM) specializing in either the long range planning function or the

While both the Silver and
Bronze Packages are leveraged logistical resources, the Silver Package offers access to more technical individuals that will
spend more time (and on-site) with fewer accounts. In addition,
the following differences are present in the services:
The Bronze Package is an annual service,
paid for each year along with an annual agreement.
The Bronze Package provides for a remote
relationship, primarily conducted through telephone and email.
The Bronze Package includes a year long
subscription to the LOC Extranet™,
while the Silver subscription is limited to 16 weeks.
A LOC Certified Manager™
will manage approximately 3 Silver accounts simultaneously,
rather than 10 for a Bronze Package.
The LOC Certified Manager™
for a Bronze account is typically a more junior person than one
for a Silver account, having a career path that may develop into
a Silver program manager.
The LOC Certified Manager™
for a Bronze account is typically not as technically strong as
one for a Silver account.
