What is on the agenda at LOC University™ public workshops?

Three-Day Workshop:

  • Delivering the Goods 3-Day Workshop™

    Check-in: 7:30-8:00
    Program: 8:00-5:00
    Lunch on you own: 12:30-1:30
    Note: Lunch schedule may vary, depending on the workshop

Five-Day Workshop:

  • Supply Chain-Centered Leadership Week™

    Check-in: 7:30-8:00
    Program: 8:00-5:00
    Note: Accommodations and meal packages are not included in your workshop fee. Your LOC Global representative will be happy to answer all questions regarding travel, meals, and accommodations.

Are breakfast and lunch provided?
LOC Global provides a light continental breakfast at all workshops. Lunch is on your own. Note: Meal Packages are available for Supply Chain-Centered Leadership Week™, but are not included in your workshop fee.

How early should I arrive?
Because seating is limited, it is a good idea to arrive 20 minutes early.

What should I wear?
Attire for all LOC University™ public workshops is business-casual.

Will LOC Global validate my parking?
Parking is the responsibility of the individual attending the workshop.

How will I know where the workshop will be held?
Hotel locations vary from city to city. Hotel information will appear on your confirmation letter. If you need directions to the Hotel, please call the hotel directly. Note: Depending on how far in advance you have registered for a workshop, hotel information may not be confirmed. You will be notified via mail once the hotel location is confirmed.

Is lodging included in the workshop fee?
Participants are responsible for paying their own lodging expenses directly to the hotel.

What if I need to make hotel accommodations?
Your confirmation letter will identify the hotel in which the workshop will be held, and provide a phone number for making accommodations there. Note: If you are registered for Principle-Centered Leadership Week, your LOC Global representative will be happy to answer all questions regarding travel, meals, and accommodations when you call.

Does LOC Global accept walk-ins?
LOC Global does not accepts walk-ins for any workshops. Registrations for workshops must be placed weeks prior to the workshop date to allow enough time to adequately process participant's profiles.

REGISTRATION

How do I register for a LOC University™ public workshop?
You may register online. To Register Online: Sign up at our convenient, automated online service by clicking here. All transactions are secure, so you can feel safe using LOC Global's online registration system. If you are registering online, your seat will not be guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from LOC Global via e-mail or mail. If a workshop is full, a LOC Global representative will notify you within 48 hours. 

When and how will I receive my workshop confirmation?
After you register online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within two business days, along with a hard copy that will be mailed to your mailing address within 7-10 business days.

What if I need to transfer or cancel my registration?

Cancellation policy for Delivering the Goods 3-Day Workshop™:

  • You may, at any time prior to 30 days before your workshop (not including the day of the workshop) transfer or cancel your registration and receive a full refund.
     
  • Within 30 days of the workshop, LOC Global will not issue a refund. However, you can reschedule for a future workshop at no cost or receive a credit towards an undetermined workshop to be utilized within one year.
     
  • Participants contacting LOC Global after the workshop has been completed will be charged a re-registration fee to transfer to a future workshop. Please be aware that if you cannot attend the workshop and fail to give proper notification prior to your workshop date you will forfeit your entire workshop fee.
     
  • Re-registration fee of $250 will be assessed.

Cancellation policy for Supply Chain Centered Leadership Week™:

  • You may, at any time prior to 60 days before your workshop (not including the day of the workshop), transfer or cancel your registration and receive a full refund for your workshop fees, meals, and lodging.
     
  • Within 60 days of the workshop, LOC Global will not issue a refund, and your meals and lodging deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule for a future workshop or receive a credit towards an undetermined workshop to be utilized within one year. Participants contacting LOC Global after the workshop has been completed will forfeit their meals and lodging deposit, plus be charged a re-registration fee to transfer to a future workshop. At this time an additional meals and lodging deposit will be required. Please be aware that if you cannot attend the workshop and fail to give proper notification prior to your workshop date, your will forfeit your entire workshop fee.
     
  • Re-registration fee for a Supply Chain Centered Leadership Week (5-days) is $500.00.

Our company has a discounted corporate rate. Can we still register online?
Yes. Although your corporate rate may not be reflected online, you can still register using LOC Global's automated registration system. Simply select the standard pricing available and complete the registration. Once your registration is received, LOC Global will verify your corporate rate and apply the appropriate pricing. Note: To ensure accuracy, you must provide a valid company name and address when registering. The total amount billed will be noted in your confirmation.

BILLING INFORMATION

What billing options does LOC Global provide?
LOC Global currently offers the following billing options:

  • Invoicing—invoicing will only be offered to LOC Global Corporate Clients, either with a purchase order or through an Authorized Agent.

When will I be billed for the workshop?
Customers who register for LOC Global Public Workshops are billed immediately after placing their registration.

DISCOUNTS

Does LOC Global provide group discounts?
LOC Global provides special discounts for two or more registrations: one for groups of 2-5, and one for 6 or more people. All participants must register at the same time to receive this discount.

Does LOC Global provide Government and Education discounts?
Yes. A LOC Global representative will verify employment and must receive a copy of your tax exemption certificate. If you would like to set up an account with LOC Global please contact us. Note: These discounts are not available with our automated online registration system.

Does LOC Global offer corporate discounts?
Yes. Corporate discounts are determined by the total sales volume the company spends annually with LOC Global. If you think your corporation qualifies for a discount and/or would like to set up a corporate account, please contact us

What happens when a workshop is cancelled?
LOC Global reserves the right to cancel a workshop at anytime. A LOC Global representative will notify you of any cancellations. If a workshop is cancelled, LOC Global will reschedule the course, or provide you with a full refund.

Will I be charged tax?
Taxes vary by state, and are determined based on the location where the workshop takes place. Local taxes will be applied and sent with your final invoice.
