How do I qualify for associate
fees and how are the fees calculated?

Associates earn referral fees when a visitor follows
a link from the Associate site to Amazon.com and purchases Delivering the Goods.
Please note that referral fees are calculated from the sale price, not the list
price for each qualifying item.
You will earn referral fees based on Qualifying
Revenues according to referral fee schedules to be established by Amazon.com.
"Qualifying Revenues" are revenues derived by Amazon.com from its sales of
Qualifying Products, excluding costs for shipping, handling, gift-wrapping,
taxes, service charges, credit card processing fees, returns and bad debt. The
current referral fee schedule is:
15% of Qualifying Revenues from the sale of
Delivering the Goods that is added to the customer's Shopping Cart directly from
the first page that results from following a Special Link to the Delivering the
Goods Book.
